1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We primarily ship within Canada using reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

  • Standard Flat Rate: $27.00 CAD (Canada-wide)

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $333.00 CAD.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, you can expect your package within 5–9 business days, depending on your province or territory.

3. Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your items, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it promptly.

To file a damage claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of the exterior of the box (showing any visible damage to the packaging).

  2. Take a clear photo of the damaged product itself.

  3. Email both photos with your order number and the email address you placed the order with to canada@davidwolfe.com.

Once received, we will ship out a replacement product at no additional cost to you and handle the claim with the shipping carrier directly.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Unless a product arrives damaged, all sales are generally final to ensure the integrity and safety of our inventory. If you have a specific concern regarding your order, please contact our support team at canada@davidwolfe.com.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
